Refund policy

Returns: You have 14 days from receipt of your artwork to initiate a return. Should you decide to return your purchase, you're responsible for the return shipping and a restock & admin fee equal to the initial shipping costs.

Please carefully repackage your artwork before shipping it. Goods must be marked as ‘Returned goods with zero commercial value’. Otherwise, you may be liable for import duty/taxes, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using tracking & insurance.
